We’ll be at CEDIA Expo 2018 Showing our Network Monitoring Software

< 1 minute

Domotz and Fing recently participated in the CEDIA Expo in San Diego. The event showcased current and emerging technologies in Audio/Video and Security. Over 20,000 home tech pros and 500+ vendors attended the event downtown in the San Diego Convention Center next to the historic Gaslamp Quarter. The showroom floor was overflowing with an impressive display of devices and technology designed to create the smart home of the future.

During the CEDIA Expo, Domotz employees staffed booth #5614, taught in breakout sessions and met with clients and other vendors. Every day was filled with business opportunities and meeting new friends with the work often spilling over late into the evening.
We’re grateful to all of the people who came by our booth. Check out the humorous “How Do You Say ‘Domotz’?” video we created with the help of several visitors. Or test your skills finding all of the Domotz logos in our event photos.

We hope you had a great time at the event and we look forward to seeing all of you again at CEDIA 2019 next year!

Introducing Unified Alerts: A More Consistent, Visible, and Scalable Approach to Alerting

3 minAlerting in distributed IT environments is hard to keep consistent. Different alert types behave differently, configuration is fragmented, and visibility into coverage gets murky as you scale. Unified Alerting is a new framework in Domotz built to fix that — bringing alert rules, severity, history, and device profile management into one consistent system. It is now available as an opt-in beta for existing customers and on by default for new users. Here is what is changing and how to get started.
