We’re very excited to let everyone know that after taking all of your feedback onboard and careful consideration by our team, we’ve worked with our vendor partners to remove the fees for almost all certified integrations.
To clarify, this means that now ConnectWise Manage, Datto Autotask, ServiceNow, IT Glue, Kaseya BMS, Syncro MSP and RepairShopr integrations are now free on Domotz as part of the standard Domotz plan.
Do you already have any of these integrations configured? If yes, your monthly pricing will automatically be adjusted to remove the fees moving forward. That is to say there is no action required on your part.

To sweeten the deal, in June 2021, we also removed the fees for adding extra team members to Domotz. You can now add your entire team to Domotz at no extra charge. In addition, you can also manage access levels for each of your team members at your discretion. Most of all, without incurring any additional costs.
