To create a great social media strategy, choosing the right Social Media Management Tools is key.

We know that many MSPs and service providers are looking for ways to create better and more engaging social media content.

As the social media marketing manager at Domotz, I thought it would be worthwhile to create a list of the top social media marketing tools that you can leverage to create an awesome social media presence.

Here are some of my favorite tools when it comes to social media marketing!

How Do You Choose the Right Social Media Marketing Tools?

Ultimately, before choosing a few social media management tools, you’ll need to define a couple of components of your marketing strategy.

Firstly, creating a coherent brand story through both content and images is the first step to communicating every single day on social networks. For each social network, it is important to identify a specific tone of voice accompanied by specific themes and graphics.

Secondly, your blog’s content is essential to your strategy as it’s mainly where you’ll direct people in your posts.

Thirdly, you’ll need a medium for programming content. Furthermore, you’ll need to create a schedule for each platform that considers when users are most active. platform considering the best time slots, where users are more active.

Fourthly, consider who you can collaborate with on social media, including your partners, vendors, influencers, and associations. Look for any partner that can help grow your brand reach and following while also aligning with your organization.

10 Amazing Social Media Management Tools For MSPs

This is an incredible free tool that I love. First, before starting any social media campaign, use  Google Trends to track and better understand current trends. Use Google Trends to see the top discussions during a  specific period.

Google Trends lets you analyze data from Google (and its various platforms, including YouTube) searches. Look for “hot” topics to reuse in your editorial plan, newsletter, or blog.

Thanks to this tool, you can get a full picture of keyword searches and popularity—and it’s all free!

I love this free tool, and I use it daily.

2. Google Spreadsheet

After using Google Trends for research, you can decide your topics, the number of posts, and which social networks to use. This is the start of your editorial calendar. Where is the best place to create an editorial calendar?

The answer is “Google Sheets”!

Using Google Sheets allows you to create a content plan and share it with your team members for approval. I love using Google Sheets because it allows me to create content, share it with relevant team members, and collaborate.

You can also include images, links, and suggestions in your file and store your social media advertising plan here.

Benefits of Google Sheets:

  • Easy and free to use
  • Your team members can check your editorial plan immediately
  • Easy for your team to review
  • Access a chronological timeline of all your previous posts
  • Enabled your team members to add suggestions, improvements, and corrections to your content.

Don’t worry. The hardest part is over now. As a rule of thumb, the text shouldn’t be too long.  You’re writing a post, not a newspaper article!

Ultimately, you want to create shorter texts for social media and use links to your website, blog, or other sources to deepen the topic.

It’s advisable to shorten your links for both the length of the post and visual reasons. This is where bitly is here to help you!
